For Businesses:

  • Hasseman Marketing Web Services provides BuyCoshocton.com as a community service to allow area businesses and organizations an avenue for selling products online without undertaking the expensive costs involved with developing an eCommerce website. Hasseman Marketing Web Services does not guarantee sales.
  • Hasseman Marketing Web Services has contracted with PayPal to handle credit card processing. Hasseman Marketing Web Services is not responsible for any issues involving data loss or order errors resulting from the actions of PayPal. PayPal guarantees their system is secure and you can find more information about the technicalities of that system on their website: http://www.paypal.com.
  • Hasseman Marketing Web Services is not responsible for filling orders. Our system emails order details to our vendors and they are responsible for filling orders in a timely manner.
  • BuyCoshocton.com will pay vendors all monies owed twice monthly, at the beginning of the month and then again in the middle of the month.

For Buyers:

  • Orders processed on BuyCoshocton.com go through a secure merchant account operated by PayPal. PayPal is a widely respected online order processing company used by many large eCommerce websites. To learn more about PayPal and how their system works, visit their website at http://www.paypal.com.
  • Hasseman Marketing Web Services is not responsible for processing orders. Buyers are emailed order confirmations with vendor details and buyers must contact vendors to work out issues related to order delays, damaged, or incorrect orders. If necessary, Hasseman Marketing Web Services staff will assist buyers in reaching vendors.
